Privacy
You tell this product how your business actually works. That is unusually sensitive for a $149 purchase, so here is exactly what happens to it — written to be checkable against what the software does, not to cover us.

What you give us
Your interview answers. Fourteen questions about your business, including a free-text description of what you sell and a walkthrough of the task you would most like to stop doing. This is the substantive material and we treat it as such.
Your email address, captured part way through the interview so you can come back to it, and again at checkout.
Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Standard server logs, including IP address, kept by our host for security and abuse prevention.
What we do with it
Your answers are sent to Anthropic’s API at the moment of generation, which is how the document gets written. They are stored so you can regenerate, so we can reproduce a document if you query it, and so we can see what went wrong when something does.
We read interview answers when investigating a specific problem — a failed generation, a refund request, a document that came out wrong. Not otherwise, and not for browsing.
Your answers are never sent to a third-party analytics tool. We keep our own funnel data, and it records that something happened — an interview was started, a preview was viewed — never what was written. There is no row anywhere in our analytics containing a sentence you typed.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the processors listed below.
Who else touches it
| Service | What for | What they get |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and file storage | Your email, your interview answers, and your generated documents |
| Anthropic | Generating your architecture | Your interview answers, sent at the moment of generation |
| Stripe | Taking payment | Your email and payment details. We never see or store your card number. |
| Resend | Sending transactional email | Your email address and the contents of those messages |
| Vercel | Hosting the site | Standard server logs, including IP address |
If we add a service that touches your data, this table changes before it goes live. It is the list the software is built against, not a summary written afterwards.
How long we keep it
- ·Interviews. Kept while your account exists. Abandoned interviews are deleted after 12 months.
- ·Blueprints. Kept while your account exists, so you can come back to a document you paid for.
- ·Generation logs. Operational logs of each generation, including a copy of the answers used, kept 24 months. These include a copy of the answers used, so a document remains reproducible even if the original interview is later edited or deleted.
- ·Analytics events. Counts and timestamps only — never the content of an answer. Kept 24 months.
- ·Checkout confirmations. What you agreed to at checkout, when, which version of these policies was on screen, and the IP address it came from. Kept for seven years with the purchase record, because it is the evidence behind a payment.
Your rights
Write to privacy@skaldcorporation.com and we will, within 30 days: send you everything we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your account and its data.
Two honest caveats on deletion. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, regardless of what else is deleted. And deletion removes your data from our systems — it does not reach into a document you have already downloaded, which is yours and on your machine.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under GDPR, the UK GDPR, or state privacy laws. We apply the above to everyone rather than asking where you are.
Cookies
A session cookie to keep you signed in, and Stripe’s own cookies during checkout. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics scripts. Nothing here needs a consent banner, which is why there is not one.
Children
This product is sold to businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially — a new processor, a longer retention period — we will email anyone with an account before it takes effect, rather than updating the page and relying on you to notice.
